Our commitment to transparency, security, and exceptional service in high-end home maintenance across Puerto Rico. By using our platform, you agree to these conditions.
1. User Eligibility
To utilize Caribe Pro Connect, you must be at least 18 years of age and possess the legal authority to enter into binding agreements.

Homeowners must provide proof of property ownership or written authorization from the owner for requested services.

Users must provide accurate, current, and complete information during the registration process.
2. Service Scope
Coastal Concierge acts as an intermediary marketplace, facilitating access to a vetted network of professionals.
Expert Network
Professionals specializing in HVAC, marine dock repair, pool sanitation, and storm preparation for coastal environments.
Contractual Role
While we vet all experts, the final service contract is established directly between the User and the Service Provider.
3. Payment & Financial Security
All financial transactions are processed through Stripe Connect to ensure the highest security standards.
Secure Transactions
We do not store full credit card details on our local servers. Payments are often held in escrow for major projects and released upon verified completion of work milestones.
4. Cancellations & Fees

Standard (> 48h): Full refund for cancellations made more than 48 hours in advance.

Late (24-48h): Rescheduling or cancellations incur a 15% convenience fee.

Emergency (< 24h): Cancellations within 24 hours incur a 50% service minimum charge.
5. Liability & Insurance
Coastal Concierge provides the platform "as is." Service providers are independent contractors responsible for their work.
